Table for Two
Pineapple delight was a hit ... easiest recipe possible and yummiest too =)
I'm happy with the outcome !
Recipe's just so easy too ... for a swerving of six double scoop bowls. Take 200 ml pack of cream ... whip it well and add about 1Tbsp of icing sugar in it. Take a can of fruit (I took pineapple) .. you can take strawberries, peaches or any thing ... take a pack of same flavored jelly.
Drain the canned fruit well, chop it ... I used my hands ;) Cut jelly in fine pieces too and mix both things. Now add them to whipped cream.
You can layer them in bowls ... can add a layer of candi biscuit too or you can simple mix them all - dont forget to crumb candii biscuit :)
