I seem to have mainly photos of me in my work-out clothing these days.. you'd almost think I was training for a marathon or something! I am actually just trying to boost my metabolism and in using exercise in combination with more diligent food tracking work on losing weight... getting past the long plateau I've had in my weight loss
(over 3 months). I think I broke that plateau as I did lose 1.8 lbs this week!
On to another good week I go!!!
note: if you look at the photos properties you will see it was shot at 10:53 pm .... that was true, I had thought of NOT going to the gym today as I had several things to do this eve and doing it in the day time did not work as I'd worked night shift, so therefore was sleeping! I did, however, go to the gym just after 9:30 and stay to closing at 10:30 managing to get in a decent quick workout. I'm so glad I went, I'll sleep nicely tonight with a clear conscience for doing so.
OH.... I did not want to forget... HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!!! TO MY AMERICAN NEIGHBORS AND FLICKR FRIENDS FROM THE SOUTH!

So today was another good one. Very busy...but good. After work, I did a quick workout, then lil' dragons. After that was weight watchers. I lost 9 lbs this week. Yes, you read that correctly!! NINE WHOLE POUNDS! WooHoo!!! Now to lose
the other 9 that I have gained. :) I will do it!! Only 20 more to get to where I want to be by Ocean City. Maybe I will go past my goal! That would be a VERY happy thing!! :)
