1/4 cup chopped celery
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 package (12.3 ounces) silken firm tofu, cubed
8 slices whole wheat bread
4 lettuce leaves

In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Gently stir in tofu. Spread over four slices of bread; top with lettuce and remaining bread. Yield: 4 servings.

1 sandwich equals 274 calories, 12 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 734 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber, 13 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 starch, 1 lean meat, 1 fat.

** My Review: I made this to recipe, and found it surprizingly good and egg salady but a bit hot for our tastes. Our family isn't into heat...but we all agreed we'd love to try it again without the spices.

Get 3 slices of bread, and de-crust, this makes them pretty. Pretty food tastes the best and is usually calorie free. I like to cut the bread first, if I don’t do this and wait till the SAMMICH is completed then I forget to cut it as I am in too much of a hurry to NOM. But it’s really up to you.
Take 2 slices of bread and thinly spread butter, or marg if you are a poor student/don’t want to be a FATTY. Add mesclun salad mix. Be generous.
NB I took this pick after the assembly of SAMMICH coz I forgot.

I told Shaun he was right. Building a better body and getting into tiptop shape isn't easy.

What I got from our conversation was a little perspective on this subject. That is, whenever I decide I am going to get into better shape, it is easy for me because I know what to do. That's the difference.

See, most people, when they make the decision to get into their best shape (whether it's their first time or a second, third, or forth time trying), simply don't know what to do. For that reason, for them, it's not easy.

"It's simple to make such small changes in your lifestyle. And as a result, create such incredibly satisfying and rewarding changes in your physique."As Shaun and I talked more, we found there were many other things we had in common. One of which was that we both agreed that most people tend to make this topic more complicated than it needs to be. And if people really knew how simple the changes they need to make to build a better body are, many, many more people would do it.

So, after dinner I promised Shaun I would start by sharing my personal view on building a leaner, healthier, more muscular body in our upcoming newsletter. To help others understand how each lifestyle change works together—along with how simple weight training, diet, and supplements really can be.

Therefore, what I'd like to do is take you through a typical day for me. Using specific examples, I'll guide you through how I follow my own Maximum Growth Program. Basically, I'll show you how, when, and what I eat; which supplements I use; and how I follow the exercise plan.

But before we start, there's something I need to tell you. There are plenty of ways to gain muscle size and strength and build a head-turning body, and in no way am I proclaiming that my way is the only way. (Far too many self-professed "experts" do this already!) What I can honestly say is these techniques and tools are simply what have worked for me—year after year—and continue to work for countless others. And if you follow them, for at least four weeks, you will absolutely, positively achieve greater gains in strength and size and lose more bodyfat. Results you can be damn proud of. I promise.

I've been doing this whole "I eat healthy" thing for...actually an okay amount of time. About three weeks.
This is what I have for breakfast most days. I have been made fun of three times, by three different people, for arranging the bananas and making it look pretty even though I'm just going to eat it.

Rosemary Orange Tea Chicken
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 oranges
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

To remain healthy during ramadhan,normal quantities of food from major groups should be consumed.Intake of fruits after meal is strongly suggested.In actual fact,our diet in ramadahna should not differ very much from our normal diet and should be as simple as possible.

In view of the long hours of fasting, we should consumed complex carbohydrate or slow digesting food at sahur so that the food last longer( about 8hrs) making u less hungry during the day.

Fried foods, very spicy foods and food containig too much sugar should be limited during ramadhan.This kind of food may cause indegestion, heart-burn and weight problem. fasting can often increase gastric acidity level in stomach causing a burning feeling and heaviness in the stomach.This can be overcome by eating food rich in fiber.

Drinking of sufficient water and juices between iftar and sleep to avoid dehydration and for detoxification of the digestive system should be encouraged.However intake of large amount of caffeine-containing beverages should be avoided especiall during sahur. For example, drinking too much tea will make one pass more urine and inevitably cause the loss of valuable mineral salts that your body would otherwise need during the day. 24.Fevrier.2010 -- Today was day one. Today, I watched what I ate. I parked at the farther end of the parking lot. No fried/fast food. I ate a sandwich, two yogurt cups, and drank green tea for most of the day. I am determined. I know it's day one, and it's easy to get discouraged once the newness of it wears off, but I'm not going to let it get to that point. I also got a gym membership. I am ready.
